Is it fulltime?
Minimum hours for per diem jobs are not guaranteed. While your flexibility in scheduling will increase the amount of work available to you, it is not required. Remember, one advantage is taking control of your time and your life! We have healthcare professionals that work anywhere from once a month to those who work 80 hours per week.
How much experience do you require?
Per diem staff are required to have 1 year of full time experience within the last five years for each area they might work in. Nurse assistants need six months of full time experience.
Do you offer benefits?
Yes. Full time healthcare professionals are eligible for health insurance and SIMPLE IRA matching retirement. Per diem staff are eligible for monthly bonuses along with their competitive travel nursing pay.
